1-to-1 Personal Training
Personal training can help you no matter what your goals are. Whether it be fat loss, improving flexibility, building muscle, improving sporting performance, preparing for an event or competition, recovering from injury or just generally becoming fitter and stronger.
I pride myself on providing high-quality personal training sessions for my clients. We will always prioritise good technique and training practices and I will help you to understand why we're training the way we are. As well as pushing you past your limits and building your training confidence, sessions are always friendly and fun!
Small Group Personal Training
I also offer small group training for groups of 2-6 people. When following an exercise programme, you are much more likely to succeed if you workout with a friend. Your commitment is stronger and sessions fly by when you're laughing! I've had groups of bridesmaids and a bride train to get ready for the wedding, a bride and groom train together and parents training with their grown-up children.
You don't need to be working towards the same goals to benefit from these sessions, as they are still tailored for each individual; as an added bonus these sessions are great value for money as you can share the cost.
Injury or Illness Rehabilitation
Recovering from illness or injury can be one of the most intimidating and frustrating experiences of your life. After a serious health issue, there can be a big gap between being signed off by medical professionals and returning to the point where you feel fully fit and functional. During this time you may not have access to the help you need.
