I've used Steph as my personal trainer for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
She pushes me to my limits so that I can achieve my goals, I'd probably be twice the size I am now without my weekly sessions with her!
I'm not a fitness person but I really enjoy my sessions, if you're worried about something or think you can't do it then Steph's the person to help you!
I'm just loving my PT sessions with Steph. I identified areas I wanted to tone/tighten, then she assessed what I could do.
The programme she set was so much more thorough and detailed (and tougher) than i'd imagined. I leave the hour long sessions having worked harder than expected, but she just seems to know just how to push me to effect real improvements.
Love the range of equipment available too, cheers Steph!
I signed up with Steph out of desperation- I've always hated exercise and would take out a gym subscription, go once and then never go again.
I needed something that would push me out of my comfort zone and make me work hard. Steph has definitely managed that- Steph gets me working harder than I've ever worked before but still manages to keep the sessions fun.
It's so fun that I look forward to my next session, something that I never thought would happen!
